2. The experiment should produce helpful results for the good of society. 3. The experiment should be designed and based on the results of animal experimentation. 4. The experiment should be conducted in a way that avoids physical or mental suffering and harm. 5. No experiment should occur with the existing belief that it might produce death or injury. 6. The degree of risk taken should never exceed the benefit or humanitarian importance of the experiment. 7. The experiment should be conducted in a good environment, with adequate facilities and the proper preparations. 8. Those who are scientifically qualified should conduct the experiment. 9. The research subject should be allowed to terminate the experiment due to physical or mental duress. 10. The scientist should be allowed to terminate the experiment if they believe it will yield possible death or injury. |
